About

Owner-operated out of Drumbo

Cadwell Drywall and Renovations is run by Terry Cadwell — the person who quotes the job is the person who does it.

The business runs out of Township Road 6 in Drumbo, in the middle of Blandford-Blenheim Township. It is drywall first — boarding, taping, ceilings and repairs — with the renovation side grown out of it, because the wall is rarely the only thing a room needs.

Most of the work comes from people in the surrounding towns: a basement that has been sitting unfinished, a ceiling that came down after a leak, a bathroom being redone, or a wall that needs patching before the house goes on the market. Some of it is a full week on site. Some of it is two hours with a taping knife.

No job too small

That is the part worth taking seriously. Plenty of contractors will not return a call about one hole in a hallway wall. This one will — it might be scheduled around the bigger jobs, but it gets done.

How we work

Four things you can hold us to

  • One person is accountable

You deal with Terry from the first phone call through to the last sanding pass. Nothing gets handed to a crew you have never met and never agreed to.

  • Small jobs still count

The line on the truck is not marketing. A single patch is a real job, it gets booked, and it gets the same finish as a full basement.

  • The price is the price

Scope and cost go in writing before the work starts. If something turns up behind the wall, you hear about it before it becomes a number on an invoice.

  • You get your house back

Openings sealed, floors and trim covered, dust kept where it belongs, and the site cleaned before it is called done.
